Dan Soder

Dan Soder is a stand-up comedian, actor, and podcaster recognized for his work in the comedy industry. Soder began performing stand-up while studying at the University of Arizona, where he earned degrees in journalism and political science, before relocating to New York City to pursue comedy full-time. He developed his comedic skills in clubs and casinos across the Southwest, which led to national television appearances on MTV2's "Guy Code," "Conan," and "Inside Amy Schumer."

Soder's acting career includes a recurring role as Dudley Mafee on the Showtime drama series "Billions," which he played across multiple seasons. He has also appeared in the comedy film "Trainwreck," the Alec Baldwin–Salma Hayek film "Drunk Parents," and the Showtime comedy series "Flatbush Misdemeanors."

As a stand-up comedian, Soder has released several specials across major platforms. His Comedy Central hour "Not Special" introduced him to a wider audience, followed by a half-hour on Netflix's "The Standups." His HBO special "Son of a Gary" was executive produced by Jerrod Carmichael and Bo Burnham. Soder's special "Dan Soder: On The Road," released on YouTube, has garnered millions of views.

In addition to stand-up and acting, Soder has been active in comedy radio and podcasting. He co-hosted SiriusXM's "The Bonfire" with Big Jay Oakerson before launching his own podcast, "Soder," which has ranked among the top comedy podcasts on Apple. He also co-hosts "The Regz" with comedians Luis J. Gomez, Joe List, and Robert Kelly. Soder is known for his storytelling, character voices, and stage presence, and headlines "The Golden Retriever of Comedy Tour," a national theater tour that highlights his connection with live audiences.
