Craig Hickman is an award-winning, New York Times bestselling author of nineteen books, including international bestsellers such as "The Oz Principle", "Creating Excellence," "Mind of a Manager Soul of a Leader," "The Strategy Game," "Management Malpractice," "Results Revolution," "Propeller," and "The Insiders." A Harvard MBA with honors, he served as the former CEO of Headwaters Technology Innovation and founded the consulting firm Management Perspectives Group. Most recently, he was a partner at Partners In Leadership (now Culture Partners), the leading provider of Accountability and Culture Change services globally.
Over the years, Hickman has advised many of the world’s largest corporations, major government agencies, and esteemed professional service firms. His extensive experience has granted him a front-row seat to the staggering depths of wealth, power, and influence abuse—oppressive control, damaging exploitation, and calculated deceit—that pervades our world.
He now spends his time writing fiction thrillers and painting.
