Cloonee

David Bissett, known professionally as Cloonee, is a British DJ and producer recognized for his contributions to the tech house and house music scenes. The stage name Cloonee is inspired by Cloone Lake in Ireland, a place of personal significance from his childhood. Originally from Bewdley in England's West Midlands, Bissett relocated to Los Angeles after connecting with producer Chris Lake, which broadened his musical influences and expanded his reach within the electronic music industry.

Bissett began sharing his music on SoundCloud, gradually gaining attention in the underground house and tech house communities. His debut EP on Elrow Music marked his entry into the professional circuit, followed by releases on influential labels such as Repopulate Mars, Solid Grooves, Sola, Elrow, Solotoko, and La Pera. His track "Be Good To Me" achieved the top spot on Beatport's Tech House chart, and he has consistently released music that resonates with both club audiences and digital platforms.

Bissett launched his own imprint, Hellbent Records, debuting with "Tripasia," which further established his presence as a tastemaker in electronic dance music. He has performed at prominent venues and festivals, including Music On, Paradise, ANTS, Elrow, Kappa Futur Festival, Ushuaïa, Hï Ibiza, Lollapalooza, EDC Vegas, LIV Beach Las Vegas, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Brooklyn Army Terminal Pier 4, Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, and Parklife Festival. His releases on Black Book Records, such as "What Ya Want," and self-released tracks like "Get Stupid," have achieved significant chart success on Beatport.

Bissett's single "Sippin' Yak," released through Polydor and Hellbent, achieved notable streaming and sales milestones, debuting on major dance and electronic charts. His collaboration "Stephanie" featuring Young M.A and other viral tracks have garnered millions of streams, reflecting his ability to blend underground sensibilities with mainstream appeal.
