Clay Bavor

Clay Bavor is a technology executive and entrepreneur with a background in computer science from Princeton University. Bavor joined Google and advanced to vice president, overseeing product management and design for Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, and Google Apps for Enterprise—products widely used in the productivity software and cloud computing sectors.

Bavor played a central role in the creation of "Google Cardboard," a virtual reality product designed to make VR accessible through a simple, affordable viewer constructed from cardboard and basic materials. This initiative contributed to the broader adoption of virtual reality technology and led to Bavor's appointment as vice president of virtual reality at Google, where he led the company's dedicated VR division.
