Christophe De Vusser

Christophe De Vusser is a Belgian business strategist and global consulting leader who serves as the Worldwide Managing Partner of "Bain & Company", one of the world’s leading management consulting firms. He assumed the role in 2024, becoming the firm’s top executive responsible for guiding Bain’s global strategy, culture, and operations across more than 65 offices worldwide. From his leadership position, De Vusser oversees thousands of consultants advising corporations, private equity firms, and public institutions on strategy, digital transformation, and operational performance.

De Vusser joined Bain & Company in the late 1990s and has built a distinguished career advising multinational companies across Europe and globally. Prior to becoming Worldwide Managing Partner, he served as Chair of Bain’s European business, where he led the firm’s operations across dozens of countries and strengthened Bain’s presence in key industries including consumer products, retail, technology, and private equity.
