Christina Galani

Christina Galani is an expert in leadership development and psychological safety, dedicated to helping leaders and teams create workplaces where people feel safe to speak up, take risks and perform at their best. Galani’s core belief is that people and teams don’t stay behind because they can’t, but because they don’t feel safe enough to try.

With more than 20 years of professional experience, Galani brings a rare dual perspective to her work. She is not only a psychologist but has also served for more than 12 years as a senior executive in demanding multinational companies, leading diverse teams across continents. This unique combination of business acumen and psychological expertise enables her to design leadership programs that are both deeply human and strategically impactful.

As a trainer, executive coach and keynote speaker, Galani has worked with numerous organizations to develop leaders who communicate with clarity, manage conflict effectively, build trust and foster cultures of belonging and innovation. Her programs focus on leadership development, emotional intelligence, communication, conflict management, resilience and well-being, all key drivers of sustainable performance in today’s workplaces.

Galani holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Panteion University of Athens and a master’s degree in occupational psychology from the University of Nottingham in the U.K. She is a certified Parent Effectiveness Trainer and an ICF-accredited coach.

In addition to her corporate training and coaching work, Galani practices as a psychotherapist, working with individuals, couples and teams. Her therapeutic approach is based on SANE, System Attachment Narrative Encephalon, an enriched form of systemic psychotherapy that integrates attachment theory, narrative psychology and neuroscience.

Galani’s insights on leadership, communication, well-being and psychological safety have been featured in various media, and she is a frequent speaker at universities and international conferences.
