Chloe Troast

Chloe Troast is an American comedian and actress whose sharp wit, musical talent, and versatile comedic range have quickly distinguished her in today’s comedy landscape. A native of Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey, she honed her early love of performance in high‑school theater and later developed her craft at the New York University’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study.

After graduating, Troast built a foundation in stand‑up, improv, and sketch comedy across New York City — often performing with the troupe A Crazy Amazing Friendship and experimenting with creative characters, including her cult‑favorite persona, “Pepper Slit.”

Her big break came in 2023 when she joined the cast of Saturday Night Live for its 49th season — as the only new featured player that year — where she earned notice for a standout musical sketch (“Little Orphan Cassidy”) that showcased her singing voice and comedic timing.

Beyond television, Troast has also appeared in projects including the film Please Don't Destroy: The Treasure of Foggy Mountain, collaborated with the trio Please Don't Destroy, and co‑created and starred in the web series The Basics.
