Chandler Walters

Chandler Walters is a rising force in modern country music. A gifted singer, songwriter, and steel guitar virtuoso, Walters moved to Nashville in 2021 and quickly garnered attention through viral TikTok videos showcasing his pedal-steel talent. His playing caught the eye of chart-topping artist ERNEST, who brought him into his touring band and later signed him to a publishing deal with Cadillac Music in 2024. Walters’ songwriting career took off when he co-wrote Post Malone’s genre-blending hit “I Had Some Help” featuring Morgan Wallen, which spent six weeks atop the Billboard Hot 100 and earned Grammy and CMA nominations. He is also credited on five additional tracks from Malone’s F-1 Trillion album, along with cuts for artists like Bailey Zimmerman, ERNEST, and Charles Wesley Godwin.

Beyond his studio work, Walters has built a reputation as a compelling live performer. He currently serves as pedal-steel guitarist and opening act on Post Malone’s Big Ass Stadium Tour, while also hosting his own after-parties branded as the “Walters Western Road Show.”

In May 2025, Walters made his solo debut on the Cadillac Sessions compilation. His lead track, “Worth The Trouble,” co-written with Rhys Rutherford, showcases his honky-tonk influences, blending Texas swing with witty, heartfelt storytelling.
