Chad Hennings

Chad Hennings is recognized for his dual career as a U.S. Air Force combat pilot and a three-time Super Bowl champion with the Dallas Cowboys. Hennings began his journey at the United States Air Force Academy, where he was a unanimous All-American, earned the Western Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year honor, and received the Outland Trophy, awarded to the nation's best interior lineman. He also earned the UPI Lineman of the Year title and was a two-time Academic All-America selection.

Before joining the National Football League, Hennings fulfilled his military commitment, participating in the Euro-NATO pilot training program and flying 45 combat missions in the A-10 Warthog during the Gulf War. He received the Air Force Achievement Medal and an Outstanding Unit Award for his service. Selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the 11th round of the NFL Draft, Hennings joined the team after completing his military service. Over a nine-year NFL career, he contributed to the Cowboys' defensive line, helping the team secure victories in Super Bowls XXVII, XXVIII, and XXX. Hennings recorded 27.5 sacks and 269 total tackles in 107 games. His achievements led to induction into the College Football Hall of Fame, as well as recognition with the NCAA Silver Anniversary Award and the Walter Camp Alumni of the Year honor.

Following his football career, Hennings became an author and keynote speaker, focusing on leadership, integrity, and personal development. He wrote the book "Rules of Engagement: Finding Friendship, Faith, and Strength in a Disconnected World" and co-authored "Forces of Character: Conversations About Building a Life of Impact." He also hosts the podcast "Forces of Character," where he discusses leadership and character development with a range of guests.

Hennings delivers keynote addresses to Fortune 500 companies, U.S. government agencies, and nonprofit organizations, emphasizing the importance of integrity and purpose in achieving excellence. He is active in the Dallas–Fort Worth community, serving in leadership roles with Wingmen Ministries and as a board member of Christian Community Action, supporting at-risk families. Hennings' background in combat aviation, professional football, authorship, and community service provides a multifaceted perspective on leadership and personal growth.
