Cesar Carvalho

Cesar Carvalho is the co-founder and CEO of Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform formerly known as Gympass. Under Carvalho's leadership, Wellhub has expanded its reach by connecting employees with a global network of partners offering fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep solutions through a single subscription. Carvalho developed the concept for Wellhub during his time as a consultant, where he identified the connection between employee health and organizational resilience. Wellhub now serves more than 4 million people in 11 countries and is valued at $2.4 billion.

Carvalho launched Wellhub while attending Harvard Business School, drawing on previous leadership experience at McKinsey & Company and AC Nielsen to support the company's growth and strategic direction. He has overseen significant milestones, including a major rebrand and expansion into new wellness categories, and has navigated challenges such as the global pandemic. Wellhub is recognized in the B2B wellness industry for its approach to increasing employee engagement in wellness programs.
