Carolyn Strauss

Carolyn Strauss is a keynote speaker, entrepreneur, and sales authority whose career spans more than three decades of on-stage and on-camera performance. Strauss created the Carolyn Strauss Collection, later rebranded as CSC Studio, and served as CEO and on-camera spokesperson for the line, which was sold exclusively on Home Shopping Network. As a former CEO and on-air personality, Strauss spent 18 years on Home Shopping Network, selling over $160 million of her apparel line, including more than $1 million in a single day.

Prior to her television career, Strauss was a fashion show commentator, fashion and image expert, and plus-size model for more than 20 years with Ford Modeling Agency in New York City. Her time on Home Shopping Network became the foundation for her sales philosophy, where she developed the Dollars Per Minute formula, consistently selling over $500 per minute. As the creator of the Dollars Per Minute framework, Strauss teaches leaders and sales teams how to drive revenue, build trust, and convert attention into measurable performance.

Strauss holds certifications as a Certified Speaking Professional, Certified Reinvention Practitioner, Exactly What to Say Certified Guide, and Certified Working Genius Facilitator, supporting her work in organizational reinvention, sales training, and leadership development.

As an author, Strauss wrote the book "Specialty Modeling," which launched her career as a professional speaker and fashion commentator. She also co-authored "A Healthier You" with Deepak Chopra and Billy Blanks. Strauss has appeared on PBS, CNN, ABC, NBC, Food Network, and Lifetime Television Network, is an active member of Screen Actors Guild, and is the author of five books. She co-hosts "Another Day Above Ground," a People's Choice-nominated podcast.

With more than 30 years on stage, over 500 events worldwide, and $160 million sold live on television, Strauss brings sales mastery, reinvention strategy, and leadership insight to her work.
