Caroline Ghosn is an award-winning experience architect and creative leader whose work spans the worlds of business, art, and community transformation. As Lead Artist for the Temple of Together at Burning Man—the largest public art installation at the world-renowned arts festival—Ghosn orchestrated a team of hundreds to create a transformative experience for 70,000 participants. She recently starred in the world premiere of "Duality," an Off-Broadway production for which she received a Broadway World Award nomination, further demonstrating her ability to translate creative vision into powerful audience experiences.

Previously, Ghosn founded and led Levo, building it into a million-member professional community that pioneered new approaches to mentorship and workplace advancement. Her early career at McKinsey & Company provided a foundation in strategic thinking that continues to inform her creative leadership approach.
