Carly Aquilino is an American stand-up comedian, actress, and television personality known for her work in contemporary comedy. After undergoing spinal surgery and spending a year in recovery, Aquilino shifted her career from hairdressing to stand-up comedy. She was discovered at Carolines comedy club by Ryan Ling, which led to her role on "Girl Code."

Aquilino began her stand-up career at Gotham Comedy Club and became active in New York City's comedy scene, performing at various venues throughout the city. She is best recognized for her role as a regular cast member on MTV's "Girl Code," a show featuring female comedians discussing topics such as relationships, sex, fashion, and women's issues. Aquilino contributed her self-deprecating humor and authentic delivery to the panel.

Following her success on "Girl Code," Aquilino co-hosted the spin-off "Girl Code Live" with Awkwafina and Nessa Diab.
