Carlos Dominguez

Carlos Dominguez is a technology executive with more than 30 years of enterprise technology experience. As executive chairman and customer evangelist at Sprinklr, Dominguez guides the strategic direction for the company, which is recognized as a leader in enterprise social technology and customer experience management.

Before joining Sprinklr, Dominguez spent 22 years at Cisco Systems, Inc., where he held various leadership roles. He established Cisco's New York office and led efforts to enter strategic markets, including financial services, media, and pharmaceuticals. Dominguez managed the Service Provider vertical and served as a technology representative for the chairman and CEO, engaging with senior executives in the Fortune 500 and government leaders worldwide. During his tenure, he oversaw Cisco's Worldwide Service Provider Operations and U.S. Service Provider sales, contributing to significant revenue growth. Dominguez also led the creation and implementation of Cisco's Innovation Academy, which delivered innovation-focused content to employees globally.

At Sprinklr, Dominguez served as president and chief operating officer, helping to position the company as a global leader in social media management and customer experience technology. His work in business and diversity was recognized by Crain's Hispanic Executive & Entrepreneur Awards. Dominguez advocates for diversity in the workplace and supports the concept of collective intelligence as a driver of business success.

In addition to his executive roles, Dominguez is a thought leader and board member with more than 10 years of experience on public boards and 12 years on private company and nonprofit boards. He serves on the board of directors for The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. and is a member of the Institute of Large Scale Innovation. Dominguez publishes a daily newsletter on technology trends called "The Tech Nowist." His expertise in translating complex technological trends into actionable insights supports organizations navigating the digital transformation landscape.
