Caitlin V. Neal, MPH, is a pleasure and relationship coach, sexologist, and media personality whose work focuses on the intersection of scientific research and human connection in sexual health and wellness. Before establishing her coaching practice, Neal worked as a sexual health researcher and policy analyst, publishing papers and conducting laboratory research in the field of sexual health.

After earning a master's degree in public health at Indiana University and pursuing doctoral studies at the University of Texas, Neal recognized that research alone did not fulfill her goal of helping people improve their relationships with sex. Her background in women's studies, behavioral health, and community health informed her involvement in studies on the sexual transmission of bacterial vaginosis and research on coregasm. As she advanced in academia, Neal found herself moving further from her mission to support individuals in achieving better sexual experiences, prompting a shift in her career path.

Neal left academia to open her coaching practice, where she provides evidence-based, scientifically informed guidance for personal growth and relationship development. As a sex and relationship coach, Neal assists clients in building confidence, increasing satisfaction, and achieving transformation in their intimate lives. She works with clients on safer sex practices, self-acceptance, overcoming shame, understanding desires, fostering belonging, and developing confidence as partners.

Neal has stated her philosophy as wanting to add a pleasure-centered perspective to sex education, which she felt was often disease-focused. Over the past decade, she has worked with thousands of couples from more than 150 countries, sharing her expertise through her YouTube channel and television appearances. Her YouTube channel has reached hundreds of thousands of subscribers and garnered tens of millions of views.

Neal's expertise is featured on the TV show "Good Sex," streaming on Discovery+ and HBO Max, where she works with couples to address intimacy challenges. She has also been featured in publications including Healthline, Shape, Popsugar, OprahMag, and Bustle.

As a former sexual health researcher and policy analyst, Neal combines scientific evidence with practical experience to help individuals address mismatched libidos, enhance pleasure, and improve relationships. She is recognized for her work with premature ejaculation, a common condition affecting about one in three men, and has developed a protocol reported to be highly effective in addressing this issue, as well as performance anxiety and stamina. Neal continues to promote sexual health, relationship wellness, and destigmatization of sexuality through online programs, speaking engagements, and media appearances.
