Caitlin Donovan

Caitlin Donovan is a partner at General Catalyst, where she applies her experience as a builder and operator in the healthcare sector to support the firm's mission of making healthcare more accessible, proactive, and affordable. Prior to joining General Catalyst, Donovan served as the global head of Uber Health, leading the development and scaling of a supplemental benefit platform that integrated non-emergency transportation, prescription delivery, grocery, and over-the-counter item benefits for diverse populations, including Medicare Advantage and managed Medicaid members. At Uber Health, Donovan oversaw business expansion and the integration of technology in healthcare delivery.

Donovan has held senior operational roles across the healthcare industry, including positions as chief operating officer and executive vice president of operations at organizations focused on medical transportation, home health, multi-clinic providers, and post-acute care. Earlier in her career, she gained experience in finance and growth strategy as an investor at Bain Capital and Summit Partners. Donovan has spoken at industry events such as Behavioral Health Business' VALUE event and the Aspen Ideas Festival, addressing topics including value-based care and the integration of technology in healthcare ecosystems.
