C.D. Glin

C.D. Glin is the president of the PepsiCo Foundation and global head of social impact at PepsiCo Inc., where he leads the company’s philanthropic and community-driven initiatives worldwide. In this capacity, Glin oversees the foundation’s strategic direction, focusing on creating equitable access to nutritious food, safe water, and economic opportunity. He manages a multi-functional team that collaborates with PepsiCo’s business units globally to address community needs, including food insecurity, water access, and economic mobility, while also leading employee engagement programs that leverage the expertise of PepsiCo’s workforce.

Glin’s career centers on sustainable development and social impact. Before joining PepsiCo, he served as president and CEO of the U.S. African Development Foundation, where he supported locally owned, sustainable solutions for underserved populations across Africa. His previous roles include serving as the first director of intergovernmental affairs for the Peace Corps and as an associate director for the Rockefeller Foundation in Kenya. Glin’s leadership has contributed to the development of innovative, scalable solutions that address systemic barriers and promote lasting change in communities globally.
