Brock Lesnar

Brock Lesnar is recognized as a dominant and versatile athlete in the history of combat sports. Before entering professional wrestling or mixed martial arts, Lesnar established a strong foundation in amateur wrestling, winning the NCAA Division I heavyweight wrestling championship after previously placing second. He later captured the WWE Championship within six months of his debut and secured the UFC Heavyweight Title in his fourth professional mixed martial arts fight, a combination of achievements unique in combat sports.

Lesnar was first noticed by WWE officials during his collegiate wrestling career and debuted on Raw, quickly ascending the ranks. With Paul Heyman as his manager, Lesnar won the King of the Ring tournament and defeated The Rock to claim the WWE Title, becoming the youngest WWE Champion at that time. He also won the Royal Rumble match twice, the Money in the Bank ladder match, and headlined several pay-per-view events, including WrestleMania on five occasions. One of his most notable moments came when he ended The Undertaker's 21-0 undefeated streak at WrestleMania.

Transitioning to mixed martial arts, Lesnar won the UFC heavyweight championship in his fourth bout against Randy Couture. After returning from illness, he defeated Interim UFC Heavyweight Champion Shane Carwin to unify the heavyweight titles, becoming the only undisputed UFC Heavyweight Champion. Lesnar is the only athlete to have held the primary heavyweight championships in WWE, UFC, NJPW, and the NCAA. His autobiography, "Death Clutch: My Story of Determination, Domination and Survival," provides insight into his approach to professional wrestling and mixed martial arts.

Lesnar later returned to WWE, continuing his professional wrestling career and maintaining a significant presence in the industry. He announced his retirement from professional wrestling and competition during an appearance on the Pat McAfee Show.
