Bridget Walsh

Bridget Walsh is the global head of private equity at EY, where she leads a team of private equity professionals across 145 countries, overseeing a significant sector in the professional services industry. With more than two decades of experience, Walsh has advised on major global private equity transactions and has contributed to the development and expansion of several businesses within EY, including the global private equity tax practice. As EMEIA managing partner for tax, she played a key role in driving double-digit growth and now leads EY's $1 billion investment to expand its private equity capabilities worldwide.

Walsh is recognized as a thought leader and frequently chairs and presents at international conferences, including Milken Institute Global Conference and SuperReturn International, where she discusses industry trends, technological disruption, and the global capital ecosystem. She also hosts the "EY NextWave PE" podcast series, sharing insights on private equity, innovation, and business transformation. Her expertise includes generative AI and sports private equity, reflecting her focus on emerging trends in the industry.
