Brian Pruitt

Brian Pruitt is the founder and CEO of Pruitt Motivational and The Power of Dad non-profit organization. As a former AP first-team All-American running back and the second-leading rusher in the nation, Pruitt learned valuable life lessons as a football player that were translated into practical team-building leadership skills. Over the past 23 years, he has traveled across the country as a speaker, trainer, and coach. By drawing from his personal experiences, Pruitt enlightens audiences and organizations on how to overcome obstacles and accomplish their dreams.

Pruitt worked for Molitor International Leadership Consulting Company for four years and is a certified John Maxwell trainer, speaker, and coach. He was awarded the National John Maxwell Top 100 Leadership Award for his work through his nonprofit organization, Power of Dad. The Power of Dad's mission is fighting fatherlessness and improving father-child relationships.

In addition, for four seasons, Pruitt has been a part of the international TV show "TV4DADS," which aired in 170 countries. He has also been a presenter for the NBA’s Phoenix Suns, Orlando Magic, Charlotte Bobcats, Youth Alive-7 Project, Teen Mania, Aflac Insurance, and businesses throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Sweden.

Pruitt is a speaker, author, successful entrepreneur, and television personality. His message is reaching the world and igniting passion. He presently serves as the Family Life Pastor at Grace Valley Church in Saginaw, MI.
