Brad Wilson

Brad E. Wilson is a consumer technology and digital media executive whose career includes leadership roles at major brands and digital media companies. Wilson is CEO of Care.com, where he oversees the company's strategic direction, leadership, and growth, focusing on transforming how families connect with and manage care for their loved ones.

Before joining Care.com, Wilson worked in digital streaming, serving as executive vice president of marketing for Disney+ and contributing to the launch of the service in the United States and international markets. In that role, he was involved in growing the platform to more than 30 million subscribers. Wilson later joined WarnerMedia as general manager for the U.S. business of HBO Max and executive vice president of global data sciences and CRM. He played a role in launching HBO Max in 61 countries, improving global subscriber retention and customer satisfaction, and achieving record revenue and subscriber growth.

Wilson's experience also includes serving as chief marketing officer and head of customer operations for LendingTree, where he repositioned the brand and drove revenue and profitability. At Travelocity, he was chief marketing officer before becoming general manager, contributing to customer growth, profitability, the company's path to IPO, and its sale to Expedia Group. He has also held roles at Nutrisystem Inc. and Match.com.

Wilson has been recognized by Business Insider as one of the "Chief Marketing Officers to Watch" and has spoken at events including the Digital Entertainment World Annual Conference and Stanford Graduate School of Business. He advocates for addressing the national care crisis and the role of child care in the workforce. Wilson serves as an advisor for Koddi and Advisor.com and has served on the board of directors for SmarTours and Carparts.com. He holds an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a BS from the University of Texas at Austin.
