Brad Anderson

Brad Anderson is the global head of product, engineering and user experience at Qualtrics, where he oversees the definition, development and support of the company’s Experience Management solutions worldwide. He leads a team of more than 1,600 engineers, product managers, experience designers, program managers, IT professionals and security specialists across five global development centers.

Anderson is responsible for ensuring that the Qualtrics software-as-a-service platform continues to scale while meeting service-level agreements, privacy standards and security requirements. Under his leadership, the Qualtrics service has scaled to 10 billion Experience IDs—doubling in 2022—executed 2 billion workflows, and analyzed 1.5 billion survey responses and 2 billion interactions and conversations.

Anderson’s teams emphasize a customer-focused, data-driven approach and operate with a growth mindset.

Before joining Qualtrics, Anderson spent more than 17 years at Microsoft, where his teams built multiple multibillion-dollar businesses serving more than 300 million monthly active users and devices. He also led several diversity and inclusion initiatives across Microsoft’s engineering divisions.

Earlier in his career, Anderson spent 12 years at Novell, where he most recently served as vice president and general manager of the ZENworks product line. During his tenure, ZENworks grew from a new product to the company’s second-highest revenue generator.

Anderson graduated magna cum laude in design engineering technology and later earned an MBA, both with honors, from Brigham Young University.
