Bo Young Lee is a globally recognized executive, speaker, and thought leader at the intersection of artificial intelligence, ethics, workforce transformation, and leadership.
As CEO of AI4ALL—the nonprofit founded by Dr. Fei-Fei Li—Lee leads the organization’s work to develop leaders who shape AI for human good. Previously, she served as President of Research & Advisory at AnitaB.org and as Uber’s first Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer, where she led enterprise-wide culture transformation during a pivotal moment in the company’s history.
Lee is currently pursuing a Master of Studies in AI Ethics and Society at the University of Cambridge. She holds an MBA from NYU Stern and a BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
