Blair Brady

Blair Brady is the CEO and co-founder of WITH, a brand consultancy and agency based in Atlanta, Georgia. As CEO, Brady leads an independent agency of senior-level interdisciplinary strategists, designers, and marketers serving a diverse roster of brands. She co-founded WITH to provide tailored brand strategy, creative, and marketing services for Atlanta-based companies, with a focus on collaborative solutions and creative work for clients.

Brady’s career in marketing and advertising began on the agency side, where she gained experience in account management at Van Winkle & Associates, overseeing major client sponsorships. She later served as business development manager at CSE, Inc., where she developed business strategies and secured the agency’s first sustainability and international clients. Her early roles included senior account executive positions, where she built expertise in corporate sponsorships, athlete endorsements, and financial analysis for sports teams.

As co-founder and CEO of the WBE-certified WITH, Brady advocates for female entrepreneurship, leadership, and diversity of talent. Under her leadership, the agency has received recognition for its work in brand strategy, creative, and advertising. WITH serves as an agency partner for brands such as AT&T, The Fox Theatre, Georgia Power, Kaiser Permanente of Georgia, and EarthLink. Brady has also led the agency’s expansion into new markets through partnerships with companies such as Pacific Gas & Electric in California.

Brady is an advocate for female business owners and for expanding access to the creative and film industries through her board and volunteer work with Reimagine.
