Bill Ringle

Bill Ringle is a Philadelphia-based technology strategist, leadership development expert, and entrepreneur known as the managing director of StarComm, an Internet development firm he built into a resource for organizations navigating the digital landscape.

At StarComm, Ringle assisted companies in understanding and adopting emerging Internet tools and technologies, designing programs to shift staff attitudes and behaviors toward embracing new systems. His primary focus has been advising clients on maximizing Internet technologies to achieve measurable business results, and he has demonstrated to thousands of professionals across the United States how to use technology to enhance learning and workplace productivity. His client roster has included organizations such as DuPont, MetLife, Apple Computer, Daratech, and Knight-Ridder Information. Before founding StarComm, Ringle served as Internet program manager of worldwide training for Apple Computer, where he developed and delivered technical training programs, researched industry trends at national conferences, and created technology demonstrations for global audiences.

Ringle is the author of four published books and has appeared as a guest on radio programs. He has been quoted by journalists seeking insight on using the Internet to drive business growth. He has served as an adjunct faculty instructor at Drexel University, teaching courses in the College of Information Sciences and the College of Business. Ringle later joined LearnWell, an education company focused on supporting students' academic progress during behavioral health treatment, where he serves as managing director of innovation and leadership development. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Arts from Drexel University.
