Bill Hader

Bill Hader is an accomplished actor, comedian, writer, producer, and director best known for his time on "Saturday Night Live." During his tenure on the show, he became known for his standout characters, including the fan-favorite Stefon Meyers. His performances on the show earned him multiple Primetime Emmy nominations and a Peabody Award.

Before joining "Saturday Night Live," Hader worked behind the scenes in various roles. He was a production assistant on films like "James Dean," "Spider-Man," and "Collateral Damage," and worked on the documentary "Empire of Dreams: The Story of the Star Wars Trilogy." He also served as a post-production assistant on "The Surreal Life" and worked as an assistant editor on "Iron Chef America." During this time, he co-founded a sketch comedy group called Animals from the Future.

After leaving SNL, Hader co-created and starred in the HBO dark comedy series "Barry," where he played a hitman turned aspiring actor. His work on the show, which he also wrote, directed, and produced, earned him critical acclaim and multiple Emmy Awards. He also starred in and co-produced the mockumentary series "Documentary Now!" and received an Emmy nomination for a guest role on "Curb Your Enthusiasm." Hader is set to co-write and co-showrun an HBO project based on the events of Jonestown.

Hader’s film work includes roles in "Superbad," "Forgetting Sarah Marshall," "Trainwreck," and "It Chapter Two." He’s also a prominent voice actor, with credits in animated hits like "Inside Out," "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs," and "Toy Story 4." His voice work extends to upcoming projects like an animated remake of "The Cat in the Hat," where he serves as both star and executive producer.
