Bianca Anghelina

Bianca Anghelina is the founder and CEO of Aily Labs, an AI-native decision intelligence platform designed to help enterprises make faster, smarter decisions in real time. With more than 15 years of experience in digital transformation and finance for corporate businesses, Anghelina focuses on integrating business strategy with technology to drive impact in enterprise operations.

Anghelina studied business and administration in Munich, specializing in finance, and later earned a master's degree in technology management. Her early career included consulting and nearly 11 years at Novartis, where she applied artificial intelligence to budgeting and financial analysis. She has also worked on structuring systems and data at BMW, as well as planning, modeling, pricing, and profit and loss analysis at Novartis and Sandoz, managing operations across multiple countries and developing complex business plans.

As the former head of global digital finance at Novartis, Anghelina recognized the potential of AI to streamline number-crunching tasks and enable a greater focus on business strategy. Motivated by the potential of AI and the underrepresentation of female-founded startups, she launched Aily Labs with the mission to democratize AI and help enterprises scale AI adoption.

Aily Labs offers a ready-to-deploy, transversal AI-powered application that integrates within one day, breaking down organizational silos and connecting cross-functional data to deliver real-time, actionable insights. The platform is powered by more than 300 validated models, providing high predictive accuracy for multi-year forecasting, optimized capital allocation, and accelerated revenue growth. Clients include pharmaceutical companies such as Sanofi, Johnson & Johnson, and Teva. For Sanofi, the app has doubled decision-making speed, analyzed thousands of files for strategic divestments, mitigated inventory risks, and delivered significant cost savings.

Under Anghelina's leadership, Aily Labs has scaled to more than 350 employees representing over 40 nationalities across offices in Munich, Barcelona, Madrid, Romania, and New York. The company achieved profitability in its first year and secured $21 million in Series A funding from Insight Partners. Aily Labs has experienced substantial customer growth and maintains diversity as a core value.

Anghelina is a frequent speaker at global events, including the HumanX Conference and the Milken Institute Global Conference, where she discusses decision intelligence and enterprise leadership. She has been recognized as one of the CNBC Changemakers of women transforming business and as one of the top 50 CEOs to watch by Pavilion. Anghelina is also an Inc.
