Bernt Børnich is the CEO and founder of 1 X (formerly Halodi Robotics), is an artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics company producing safe, intelligent humanoids. It was founded in Norway in 2015 and is now headquartered in San Francisco Bay.
As a science nerd, Børnich firmly believes in finding good solutions across disciplines. His fields of expertise include: software and architecture; control and algorithms; mechanics design; motor design; and, electronics.
He holds a bachelor of robotics and nano-electronics from the University of Oslo.
