Belinda (BJ) Foster

Belinda Foster, also known as BJ Foster, is a keynote speaker, Christian author, and spiritual coach specializing in women's empowerment, trauma recovery, and faith-based personal development. Foster began her career as an author, drawing from her experiences with self-doubt in the entertainment industry. After nearly three decades in that field, she transitioned to focus on guiding others through healing and spiritual growth, using insights gained from her own journey.

A former Broadway and television actress, Foster now works as a transformational coach, supporting women in overcoming trauma and discovering purpose. Her book, "Rebound, Staging a Spiritual Comeback," provides a pathway to spiritual freedom and has resonated with readers nationwide. Through her "More Than Enough" outreach, Foster has guided women globally toward spiritual growth and self-acceptance.
