Beck Bailey Biography
Beck Bailey is the global chief diversity officer and managing director at Accenture, where he leads the company's global inclusion and diversity strategy for more than 740,000 employees across 49 countries. He oversees initiatives focused on workplace equity, employee networks, pay equity, inclusive benefits, and leadership accountability for diversity and belonging.
Previously, Bailey served as director of the Workplace Equality Program at the Human Rights Campaign, advising major corporations on LGBTQ+ inclusion and workplace equality. A recognized expert on transgender inclusion and an out transgender man, he is a frequent speaker on belonging, allyship, and inclusive leadership, and has been featured by NPR, CNN, BBC, and The New York Times.
Bailey also co-chairs the Partnership for Global LGBTIQ+ Equality, serves on the boards of the Human Rights Campaign Foundation and Reaching Out MBA, and contributes thought leadership on workplace culture through his internal Accenture blog, Belonging with Beck. He holds a bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Isenberg School of Management.
