His influence in the music industry is evident with his achievements such as being the first non-English language American artist to be Spotify's most streamed artist of the year for three consecutive years from 2020 to 2022, and again in 2025. Bad Bunny's album "Un Verano Sin Ti" holds the record for the most-streamed album on Spotify and was the first Spanish-language album to be nominated for the Grammy Award for Album of the Year. Moreover, his album "Debí Tirar Más Fotos" won the Grammy Award for Album of the Year in 2025, making it the first Spanish-language album to receive this honor. His album "El Último Tour Del Mundo" was the first all-Spanish language album to top the Billboard 200. As of April 2024, he has sold over seven million records worldwide. In 2026, Bad Bunny headlined the Super Bowl LX halftime show, serving as the first male Latino and first solo Latino artist to headline the event, and the first to perform solely in Spanish.
