Baker B. Dylan Hollis is a social media personality best known for baking and tasting unusual recipes from decades past. Born and raised in Bermuda, he later moved to the United States to attend the University of Wyoming, where he studied jazz piano and arranging.
Hollis unexpectedly rose to online fame in 2020, when boredom during the COVID-19 pandemic led him to film a video exploring an old cookbook he had found at an estate sale. His blend of vintage recipes, quick wit and rapid-fire delivery resonated with viewers, and he quickly built a following across TikTok, YouTube and Instagram.
In 2023, Hollis released a cookbook titled “Baking Yesteryear,” featuring many of the retro recipes that made him a viral sensation. He followed up with that in 2025 with another cookbook titled "Baking Across America: A Vintage Recipe Road Trip."
