Avra Lyraki

With more than 25 years of international experience in Executive Coaching (MCC, ICF), Mentoring and leadership development, Avra Lyraki works with C-suite executives and senior leaders to elevate communication, executive presence, and strategic effectiveness. She supports leaders in navigating complexity, leading across cultures, communicating with confidence in critical moments, and aligning teams around shared purpose, strengths, and meaningful action.

Before founding Life Self Coaching, Lyraki held leadership positions in Human Resources Management, Customer Intelligence & Experience, and Marketing Communications. Her multidisciplinary corporate background enables her to blend business acumen with a deep understanding of the human dynamics of leadership.

In 2018, Lyraki was selected by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Global Talent Management to serve as a Regional Global Executive & Career Advisor, supporting U.S. Embassy communities across 18 Eastern European countries over a seven-year appointment. In this capacity, she provided executive advisory services, leadership development, and career transition support to senior executives and U.S. Foreign Service professionals through the Global Community Liaison Office in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Lyraki holds a Ph.D. in Corporate Communication, specializing in Organizational Communication during Mergers & Acquisitions, a Master’s degree in International Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations. She is the creator of the Assertive Leadership R.C.C.E. Framework© and the Life Self Coaching Methodology©, and co-author of the Face Your Strengths© coaching framework. Since 1997, she has coached and mentored more than 10,000 senior executives worldwide.
