Assia Grazioli-Venier

Assia Grazioli-Venier is a venture capitalist, media executive, and sports entrepreneur with a career spanning consumer technology, sports business, and media innovation. Grazioli-Venier began her career developing television, radio, and digital platforms for Ministry of Sound, a prominent European music brand. She later served as an advisor to Spotify, where she guided strategic partnerships and growth initiatives for more than five years.

Grazioli-Venier became the first woman board member of Juventus, contributing to the club's commercial transformation, the establishment of Juventus College, Juventus Village, and the formation of the women's Juventus squad. She completed a nine-year term as the first woman and youngest board member in the club's history.

As co-founding partner of Muse Capital, an early-stage venture capital fund, Grazioli-Venier invests in consumer technology companies focused on diversity, social impact, and sustainable growth. She leads Muse Capital's sports investment and advisory portfolio, Muse Sport, which includes investments in the Washington Spirit, Therabody, Just Women's Sports, SailGP, and Sports Innovation Lab. Business Insider recognized Grazioli-Venier as a top venture capital investor in sports startups.

Grazioli-Venier led the acquisition of the Red Bull Italy SailGP Team as part of a new ownership group, marking one of the first instances of a global racing team operating under female-led ownership. Muse Capital previously invested in SailGP, acquiring a minority stake in the U.S. team before taking controlling ownership of Team Italy. Grazioli-Venier has described SailGP as "Formula 1 on water."

A breast cancer survivor and advocate for diversity in business, Grazioli-Venier's investment philosophy is informed by personal experience, including her journey with endometriosis and fertility treatments. Muse Capital has backed startups such as Midi, Mahmee, CoFertility, and Eli Health, all focused on women's health innovation. Grazioli-Venier serves on the steering committee of AllRaise, supporting diversity in venture capital.
