Arthur Yeung

Arthur Yeung is an authority on organizational management and business transformation, serving as senior management advisor at Tencent Group. In this role, Yeung leads and facilitates organizational innovation and leadership development, contributing to Tencent’s major transformations, including the company’s strategic adoption of digital technologies and the industrial internet. Yeung also sits on the Executive Leadership Committee at Tencent and serves as dean of TencentX University, a learning platform for top executives, shaping leadership development within the technology sector.

Beyond Tencent, Yeung’s career includes roles in academia and corporate leadership. He has held professorships at the University of Michigan and China Europe International Business School, where he was the Philips Chair Professor of Human Resource Management. As chief human resources officer at Acer Group, Yeung led large-scale organizational transformation projects. He is also the executive president of Cathay Capital, where he advances innovation in private equity, and has served on the boards of several major listed companies across Asia.
