Anu Mandapati is a global thought leader, executive coach, and culture strategist focused on building workplaces where individuals and organizations thrive. As the founder and chief people officer of Qultured, a culture consulting firm, Mandapati brings more than two decades of experience to leaders navigating complex organizational challenges. Mandapati provides strategic guidance for high-stakes transitions, aligning culture with business goals, fostering trust, and driving sustainable growth through leadership development, organizational culture initiatives, and team transformation.

Mandapati's career spans the nonprofit, consulting, and corporate sectors, with roles in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and organizational development. She has served as the US diversity and inclusion coaching leader and leadership, team and well-being coach at PwC, vice president and head of DEI and leadership development at Talking Talent, global head of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging at Magic Leap, and team effectiveness and senior executive coach at AIIR Consulting. Mandapati has partnered with global Fortune 500 organizations to create multi-year, enterprise-wide DEI strategies and has coached more than 1,000 leaders across industries including PwC, Quicken Loans, FEMA, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Mandapati holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a Master of Education in counselor education with a focus on counseling psychology from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a Professional Certified Coach, Certified Team Performance Coach, Professional in Human Resources, and SHRM Certified Professional, with additional certifications in leadership assessment tools and coaching methodologies. Mandapati serves on the faculty at Harvard University’s Industrial-Organizational Psychology program and the People & Culture Strategy Institute, and is a contributing author to the leadership books "The Female CEO" and "A View From the Top: Exceptional Leadership Strategies for Women."
