Antoine Dunn

Antoine Dunn is a singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, music producer, and music executive whose work bridges gospel and R&B with a contemporary sound. Dunn draws inspiration from artists such as Stevie Wonder, Donny Hathaway, and Ray Charles, blending gospel-informed soul with modern R&B. By age 17, Dunn became Minister of Music at Cuyahoga Community Church, where he directed for three years. He is an accomplished vocalist, pianist, and songwriter, and is self-taught on drums and bass guitar, contributing to the depth and authenticity of his music within the R&B genre.

Dunn transitioned to a career as a secular artist, writing for a custom song service and collaborating with American Idol finalist LaKisha Jones. He served as vocal producer on Jones' debut album, performed in Thailand for six months, and toured with Kem, Avant, Anthony Hamilton, and Estelle. Dunn's first two singles, "Can't Forget" and "Miss My Love," reached the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, leading to the release of his debut album, "Truth of the Matter." The album produced two Billboard Top 15 singles, and Dunn's style has drawn comparisons to Stevie Wonder and Donny Hathaway.

His second album, "Everything," was produced in New York City with Grammy Award-winning producer and engineer Scott Jacoby and featured contributions from Gary Noble. The album included the single "Lose It All," which reached the Billboard Top 40. The music video was added to Yo! MTV, and BET premiered it on BET Soul. Dunn was named Josie Music Awards Artist of the Year in the R&B/Soul category, also winning Vocalist of the Year and receiving six nominations.

Dunn is a member of the Recording Academy and has established a presence as a music executive. As Global Head of Music at Harvey Marie Records, he oversees operations, A&R, music production, relationship management, and licensing for a music company serving motion picture studios, TV and film production houses, advertising agencies, major record labels, and music libraries. Dunn continues to compose and perform as a national recording artist, completing several national tours and performing at venues including The Greek Theater, Constitution Hall, and the Beacon Theater. Dunn is recognized for advancing R&B and gospel music while maintaining a focus on authenticity and connection in his work.
