Anthony L. Griffin

Anthony L. Griffin is a retired U.S. Army veteran, entrepreneur, and inventor recognized as the CEO and creator of the ASA Golf Product Line. A service-connected disabled veteran, Griffin served in three wars, including Desert Storm, Iraq, and Afghanistan. He completed 21 years of military service and later worked as a government contractor for a decade. His career in military service and his interest in golf led to his work as an inventor and business owner in the golf industry.

The idea for Griffin's signature invention emerged during his military service. While playing golf at Fort Hood, Texas, he experienced a common frustration when a golf tee flipped up and stuck in his shoelace. This incident inspired him to develop a solution to keep the tee on the shoe and to create a golf shoe that would make multiple golf tools accessible to players during a round. After research and design, Griffin developed what he describes as the world's first multifunctional golf shoe, a patented product designed to address challenges golfers face on the course. The shoe features four support pockets specifically designed to hold ball markers, divot repair tools, and tees within easy reach.

Griffin founded Augusta Golf Training Center LLC, also known as ASA Augusta Solution Apparel, with the goal of creating custom-made matching golf apparel to complement his multifunctional golf shoe. The Augusta Solution Golf Shoes are custom multifunctional golf shoes designed for golfers of all ages and genders, accompanied by the Augusta Solution Apparel logo and matching apparel line. The brand's motto, "Get Functional With It," reflects Griffin's focus on merging practicality with fashion in golf footwear and apparel.

In addition to his work as an inventor and entrepreneur, Griffin is involved in promoting golf at the grassroots level. He trains and teaches junior golf programs and sponsors young golfers in the Central Savannah River Area, particularly in Augusta, Georgia. Griffin is the founder and CEO of the Christian Shot Greens Golf Association of Augusta, Georgia, an organization established during his military service at Fort Hood. The association supports programs for young golfers, teaching them Biblical principles alongside golf skills.

Griffin is also an evangelist and preacher, as well as a business owner who has designed a golf shoe line and custom sports apparel. He serves as CEO of Links of Hope Inc., a nonprofit organization. As a keynote speaker, Griffin addresses topics such as business leadership, entrepreneurship, Christian faith, and sports, offering a perspective shaped by military service, perseverance through disability, and a commitment to innovation in the golf industry.
