Anthony Flynn

Anthony Flynn is an executive coach, speaker, and nonprofit leader with more than two decades of experience in the corporate and social sectors. Flynn overcame a challenging childhood to become an advisor to CEOs, key executives, and their organizations. He describes himself as a first-generation college graduate, entrepreneur, and CEO. Flynn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in sales from the University of Memphis and a Master of Arts in religion from Memphis Theological Seminary.

Flynn began his career in leadership roles with Fortune 100 companies, including Kraft Foods, RJ Reynolds, and 3M, before serving as an executive in several multimillion-dollar ventures. He is the CEO and founder of Amazing CEO, an executive coaching and business consulting practice. Flynn’s expertise in executive leadership, business strategy, and organizational growth has been utilized by CEOs, high net-worth individuals, professional athletes, small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and churches.

Flynn serves as chief executive officer of Covenant House Texas, a nonprofit that provides housing and support services to youth experiencing homelessness. He previously served as CEO of WorkFaith, a nonprofit organization offering faith-based training and coaching for individuals seeking long-term employment, where he increased revenue and expanded client services to more than 21,000 individuals. Flynn also founded The Gifted Education Foundation in Atlanta, which supports first-generation college graduates and marketplace leaders from low-income communities.

Flynn has been a featured speaker at college campuses and media venues, including Harvard, Emory, Georgia Tech, Biz 1190, TEDx, and other television, radio, and podcast platforms. He is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program and is a member of the Fast Company Executive Board, contributing articles on executive productivity and profitability.

Flynn is the author of "The Execution Pipeline: A Step-by-Step Guide to Moving Your Business Idea From Dream to Reality," "The Happiness Map: Finding Fulfillment in Life and Work," and "The 120 Planner," co-developed with Dr. Eric Thomas. He also released "Zero to Seven Figures: Start Your Business, Overcome Barriers, Scale Profitably."
