Annie Linskey

Annie Linskey is a political journalist and White House reporter with experience in several major newsrooms. Linskey began her journalism career at the Baltimore Sun, covering crime, indicted politicians, gang leaders, City Hall, and the Maryland State House. She later reported on the Obama White House for Bloomberg News and BusinessWeek and spent a year in Boston covering New England politics for Bloomberg News.

Before joining The Washington Post, Linskey served as the lead reporter on Democratic politics for the Boston Globe's Washington bureau during a presidential campaign cycle. At The Washington Post, she worked as a national political reporter, covering the presidential campaign and both Democratic and Republican candidates, as well as reporting on the Biden administration. Linskey later joined The Wall Street Journal, initially covering economic policy before moving to the White House beat.
