Annasophia Robb

AnnaSophia Robb is an actress known for her work in film, television, and theater. Robb began her career in the entertainment industry with her first feature film, "Because of Winn-Dixie," at age 9. She gained further recognition for her role as Violet Beauregarde in Tim Burton's "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," an adaptation of the Roald Dahl novel. Robb's performance as Leslie Burke in the fantasy drama "Bridge to Terabithia" received critical attention and earned her two Young Artist Awards and a nomination at the Critics' Choice Movie Awards.

Robb has appeared in a variety of film genres, including "The Reaping" with Hilary Swank, "Sleepwalking" with Charlize Theron, and "Soul Surfer," where she portrayed Bethany Hamilton, a competitive surfer who survived a shark attack. She played the young Carrie Bradshaw in "The Carrie Diaries," a prequel to "Sex and the City," and co-starred in "The Way, Way Back" with Toni Collette and Steve Carell.
