Beginning her career in advancement immediately after her undergraduate graduation, Louden has spent more than 30 years leading programs in alumni administration, development, capital campaign planning, major and principal gifts, strategic planning, and community partnerships. She has dedicated three decades to higher education, raising funds for scholarships and research, engaging with faculty and students, and teaching a leadership course.
Louden provides counsel to chief executives, staff, and volunteer leadership on fundraising, special events, and campaign planning. Louden is the author of the book "Mom, You Just Need to Get Laid: The Adventures of Dating After Divorce," a memoir about navigating midlife reinvention. She is a monthly columnist for TheThreeTomatoes.com. As an author and relationship expert, Louden speaks to groups and coaches individuals on topics such as dating in midlife, building a personal brand, and thriving through transitions and challenges.
