Dr. Ann Kulze is a physician, best-selling author, and nationally recognized expert on nutrition, healthy living, and disease prevention. A graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition, she earned her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina, where she graduated as valedictorian of her class and received numerous academic honors. After 14 years in family medicine, she transitioned from clinical practice to focus full time on wellness education, combining her expertise in medicine, nutrition, and real-world experience as a wife, mother of four, and home cook to help people achieve healthier lives.
