Aniesia Williams is a strategist, venture architect, and multimedia journalist with a career spanning more than two decades at the intersection of marketing, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Williams has developed a reputation for translating complex ideas into narratives that resonate across industries and audiences. Her expertise includes executing social marketing campaigns and developing earned-media strategies for global brands. She has provided her expertise to organizations such as Ford, Samsung, Shell, Lionsgate, and the Clinton Global Initiative.

As chief impact and venture officer at dreambloc, Williams leads strategic growth and venture development, focusing on building ecosystems for founders, investors, and impact organizations. She is an entrepreneur who founded and exited AW+CO and has held leadership positions at Epigen Technology and Edelman, managing portfolios exceeding $250 million. Earlier in her career, Williams served as managing director of global inclusion and health equity and chief client and communications officer at Solve Innovation Group, with experience in healthcare, technology, entertainment, and consumer packaged goods sectors.
