Angeline V. Teo

Angeline V. Teo is a Singapore-based executive coach, international speaker, and organizational consultant known by her signature title, "The Workplace Doctor." Teo serves as president, chief consultant, and chief executive coach at PEPWorldwide Asia, where she leads human-centric leadership development initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. Her expertise includes addressing business challenges such as people issues, workplace conflict, work-related stress, and time management, establishing her as a recognized authority on executive performance and workplace well-being.

After a two-decade corporate career, Teo transitioned to entrepreneurship, pursuing opportunities in tourism, education, and executive coaching throughout Asia.
