Andy Stumpf

Andy Stumpf is a retired Navy SEAL recognized for a 17-year military career and his work as a public speaker and podcast host.

As the host of the "Cleared Hot" podcast, Stumpf discusses leadership, resilience, and high performance, drawing on his military and business experience. He is a keynote speaker for organizations seeking insights on team building, decision-making, and translating elite military strategies to the corporate environment.

Stumpf's military service earned him honors including five Bronze Star Medals, four with Valor, the Purple Heart, and the Presidential Unit Citation. Following his retirement, he held corporate leadership roles, managed development and licensing for a global fitness brand, and founded a consulting firm focused on applying special operations principles to business leadership and organizational performance.

He set two world records in wingsuit flying to raise $1 million for the Navy SEAL Foundation, supporting veterans and their families.

Enlisting in the United States Navy at age 17, Stumpf served with SEAL Team Five and SEAL Team Six (DEVGRU), participating in combat operations worldwide, including the rescue of Jessica Lynch. After being wounded in combat, he returned to active duty and became the first E-6 in Naval Special Warfare history to be commissioned through the Limited Duty Officer Program, completing his final combat tour with SEAL Team Three.
