Andy Storch

Andy Storch is an author, keynote speaker, consultant, coach, and facilitator whose work focuses on career development, talent development, and personal growth. He has consulted and taught strategy, sales, leadership, finance, and innovation to business leaders at organizations such as Salesforce, Oracle, Google, Toyota, State Farm, Red Bull, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, HP, Sony, Cisco, and Tiffany & Co. Storch has facilitated workshops for large companies globally and has spoken in front of thousands of people.

Storch is the founder and host of the Talent Development Think Tank Conference and Community, providing a network of professionals and learning solutions to support workplace performance and professional growth. He also hosts several podcasts, including "The Talent Development Hot Seat" and "Own Your Career," and leads the Talent Development Virtual Summit. Through the Think Tank Community, Storch has established a resource for talent development professionals to learn, connect, and grow.

Storch is the author of two books on career ownership and personal branding. His book, "Own Your Career Own Your Life," is designed to help professionals take control of their careers. His follow-up work, co-authored with Mike Kim, is "Own Your Brand, Own Your Career," which offers strategies for personal branding and career advancement.

After being diagnosed with cancer and undergoing surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation, Storch has shared his experience and message of hope with audiences. This personal journey has contributed to the authenticity and resilience that characterize his keynotes and workshops.

As a speaker, Storch addresses topics such as talent and career development, leadership, workplace culture, personal growth, and emerging technologies. He draws on his personal experiences to provide insights on career navigation and the future of work. Storch holds an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, where he served as president of the MBA program, and a BS in Information Sciences from the University of Florida.
