Andy Sieg

Andy Sieg is the head of wealth at Citi, where he leads the firm's global wealth management strategy as a member of Citi's executive management team. Sieg oversees organizational changes and new initiatives designed to position Citi as a global leader in wealth management. He has articulated strategic goals and standards for success in public remarks at major industry conferences.

Before his current role, Sieg served as president of Merrill Wealth Management, managing a team of more than 25,000 professionals delivering investment and wealth management services across the United States. His career includes senior strategy, product, and field leadership roles at Merrill Lynch, as well as a previous tenure as a senior wealth management executive at Citi. Earlier in his career, Sieg worked as an aide in the White House, supporting the assistant to the president for economic and domestic policy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from Penn State University and a master's in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.

Sieg serves on the board of Friends of Notre-Dame de Paris and as an advisory council member for the Stanford Center on Longevity, reflecting his involvement in civic engagement and thought leadership. As co-lead of Citi's global Women inclusion network and a frequent speaker at industry events, Sieg advocates for diversity and innovation in financial services.
