Andrew Weil

Andrew Weil is a renowned physician and author recognized as the leading figure in integrative medicine -- a holistic approach that combines conventional medical practices with alternative therapies. He is the founder and director of the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona, where he holds the Lovell-Jones Endowed Chair in Integrative Medicine and is a Clinical Professor of Medicine and Public Health.

He then attended Harvard University, earning an AB in biology (botany) in 1964, followed by an MD from Harvard Medical School in 1968.
