Andrew D. Wittman, PhD Biography
Dr. Andrew D. Wittman is a United States Marine Corps infantry combat veteran, former police officer, and federal agent. As a special agent for the U.S. Capitol Police, Dr. Wittman led the security detail for Nancy Pelosi and personally protected Hillary Clinton, Benjamin Netanyahu, King Abdullah of Jordan, and Fortune 20 CEOs. He later trained Navy SEALs, special forces, and high-threat diplomatic security teams for the U.S. State Department.
Dr. Wittman is the founder of the Mental Toughness Training Center and the creator of "Inner Armor: Perpetual Resilience™," a performance system designed to build stress-resilient, high-capacity leaders. He has spoken for Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Merrill Lynch, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Clemson Football, and the Florida Police Chiefs Association. He has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, and Fox Business.
Dr. Wittman is the author of "Ground Zero Leadership," "Seven Secrets of Resilience for Parents," and "Inner Armor: Perpetual Resilience."
